BPG is in the process of developing a Long Island City site on a 99- year ground lease next-door to its trophy Alta+ residential building to be developed into a 48-story, 561-unit luxury multifamily high-rise totaling 504k GSF. The 561-units will be comprised of 30% affordable and 70% market rate units enabling it to take advantage of 421a. Project completion is anticipated for Q1 2026
