Andrew Till is the Chief Operating Officer and Principal at Baron Property Group (BPG), where he oversees development and operations for Class-A office and multifamily properties. With nearly two decades of experience, Andrew’s expertise spans development, asset management and operations across diverse asset classes. A proven strategist and veteran development professional, Andrew manages the full lifecycle of investment operations, from project inception to tenant or owner occupancy, as well as managing the asset performance of commercial and residential properties.

Andrew's career has encompassed extensive work in residential, office, retail and hotel sectors in New York City, the Tri-State area, the Miami Metro area and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Baron Property Group, Andrew was part of the Private Equity Real Estate Fund at Meadow Partners, and earlier, at Garden Homes Development, where his work focused on high-end and luxury properties.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
