BPG, through its predecessor, Simon Baron, converted a classic Rosario Candela–designed rental building into a boutique collection of luxury condominiums. Located in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood adjacent to the Guggenheim Museum and Central Park, the property was reconfigured to offer expansive layouts with museum-quality finishes. The project restored the building’s limestone façade and pre-war character while upgrading building systems to meet modern luxury standards.
