Completed in late 2024, the seven-story, all-electric building offers one- and two-bedroom apartments featuring curved brick façades, large picture windows, private balconies, and rooftop solar panels. Amenities include a modern fitness center, a furnished courtyard, and a pet spa. The project benefits from the 421-a Real Estate Tax Abatement Program.
