BPG acquired a land site in Coral Gables, Florida—a submarket of Miami—in 2022. The site is adjacent to a high-end retail center and the Douglas Road Metrorail Station and was recently included in the Rapid Transit Zone Ordinance. It is entitled for the development of two 33-story multifamily buildings totaling 806 units, with approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space. Project completion is anticipated in Q4 2029.
