BPG is developing the second phase of its Metro Parc campus. Metro Parc North will be a 661-unit multifamily property with approximately 2,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The building will feature studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Similar to Phase I, the property will be highly amenitized, including a resort-style pool with private cabanas, a clubroom with a summer kitchen, and coworking spaces. The project is currently under construction.
