Kyle Sharaf

Vice President of Asset Management

Kyle Sharaf is Vice President of Asset Management at Baron Property Group, where he oversees the firm’s multifamily portfolio across New York and Florida, covering more than 2,000 units in development and operations. He is responsible for financing, capitalization strategy, and budgeting, with a focus on optimizing asset performance and maximizing long-term value for investors and partners.

Before joining BPG, Kyle spent six years at RXR Realty, where he managed development and investment assets with a gross asset value exceeding $2 billion. In that role, he structured and executed complex financing transactions, developed business plans, and maintained key relationships with institutional investors, joint venture partners, and lenders.

Kyle earned a Master of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. He also holds both a Master’s in Accounting and Information Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University, where he graduated cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in New York State and actively participates in industry and philanthropic organizations, including the UJA-Federation Real Estate Executives (REX) Steering Committee and AIPAC’s Real Estate Division.
