Lorenzo Festa is the Senior Vice President of Development at Baron Property Group.

With over 20 years of global experience in leadership roles in real estate development, design and construction, Mr. Festa has led the development and construction of over $2 Billion worth of world class mixed-use projects in Europe, Middle East, US and the Caribbean.

Mr. Festa oversees the South Florida operation, direction and control of the BPG’s projects. Serving as a point of contact for the team of consultants, his responsibilities involve leading and managing a team of professionals through the design, pre-construction, construction and post construction process, including land development, due diligence, team selection, design coordination and budget management.

Mr. Festa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Turin – Faculty of Architecture (ITALY) with a major in City Planning.
