Maeve Ives is the Head of Asset Management at Baron Property Group. She has over a decade of experience in real estate operations and asset management throughout the United States with a focus on multifamily and hotel projects. Prior to her current role, Maeve worked at Starwood Property Trust in Miami focusing on value-add investments & re-positioning assets throughout the Northeast and Southeast US. Prior to that she was a Manager at American Express, focusing on transforming their real estate footprint through acquisitions and dispositions both in the US & internationally.

Maeve received her MBA in Finance from Fordham University, and her Bachelor of Science from Fordham with a concentration in Business Administration.
